2nd Wednesday of the month 9:30-10:30
Welcome to Community Collaborations for Older Adults, a monthly networking and information-sharing Zoom meeting designed to foster community engagement and collaboration. Each month will have a guest speaker as well as time for information sharing and networking. This forum is for fostering meaningful connections and driving positive change TOGETHER.
This free 30-minute webinar provides an introduction to Social Current and COA Accreditation. It is perfect for anyone seeking accreditation for the first time, interested in what is required to become accredited, or mandated to become accredited by state or federal legislation. Participants will gain an understanding of the key concepts that define COA Accreditation, the steps toward becoming accredited, and the benefits of accreditation. There will also be a Q&A portion for us to answer any questions you might have.
Leadership circles provide informal coaching and resource-sharing at every meeting; facilitated by RI Foundation staff, content and topics are determined by group members. Group size is limited to 12-15 executive directors and requires participants to commit to both attending and participating in monthly lunch meetings. Eligible candidates should be from organizations working in RIF Community Priorities.
All meetings will be held in person on Wednesdays at the Rhode Island Foundation from 12:00-1:30 and lunch will be provided.
