Protecting Nonprofit Missions and Programs in the Face of Attacks on DEI
This workshop will give nonprofits tools to assess and maintain programs designed to advance, protect, and serve their communities in the face of attacks on "DEI."
With a focus on upholding communitments to constituents, including underserved and marginalized communities, presenters will provide means to evaluate programs under existing and established civil rights laws and identify potential vulnerabilities and legal risk.
