All Rhode Island employers that have 5 or more employees and do not offer qualified retirement plan are required by law to facilitate RISavers if they don’t offer a retirement plan for their employees. Registration is now open for all eligible employers.

Rhode Island employers who have fewer than 5 employees have the option of participating in RI Savers.

The program has no cost to participating employers.
