"Urban Forests for Rhode Island is a program funded by the US Forest Service through the Inflation Reduction Act. The program is led by the RI Department of Environmental Management's Division of Forest Environment in partnership with nonprofit, the Green Infrastructure Center (GIC). The program will provide support for select RI municipalities to strengthen their urban and community forestry programs through a variety of mechanisms."
