Alliance Forums

Alliance Forums are designed to be places where you can find and share resources related to the topic, ask questions to crowdsource best practices, and engage in conversations with other members.

If you share a quote, article, or resource, please include a link to the original source and give attribution/credit to the person who wrote or created it.

If you share a resource or something written/created by your own organization, please be explicit about any restrictions on usage or sharing.

HOUSING DATA FORUM

This is a Forum focused on issues related to Housing data and research. This could include both national and local data and reports, which can help inform not only nonprofits who provide housing-related services, but also all nonprofits whose clients/participants are impacted by the lack of affordable housing.

If you are looking for information on local housing/homelessness programs, please post in the Housing and Homelessness Programs and Resources Forum, which is under Community Resource Connections.

Please do not share confidential information in this Forum, and please respect the confidentiality of those who post here. You are welcome to share general lessons and public articles and reports posted in the Forum, but not the names, specific queries or personal responses posted here.

GEOGRAPHICAL COMMUNITY RESOURCE FORUM

This Forum is for posting resources available to different parts of RI, and for asking for information about regional or town-specific resources.

You may also post information from regional collaboratives, like Health Equity Zones here.

DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND DISASTER RESPONSE FORUM

The Community Resource Forums are designed as a place to learn about programs and services available across Rhode Island.

If you provide disaster-related programs and services, please share about them here, as well as any resources, etc. United Way's staff that work on disaster preparedness will also be posting in this Forum.
